Ingredients
120ml Angostura Chill Lemon Lime & Bitters
60ml Angostura white rum
30ml lime juice
15ml simple syrup
60ml fresh watermelon juice
8 mint leaves
Method
Muddle mint and watermelon juice with simple syrup in a shaker,
Add rum, lime juice and ice and give it a brief shake. Then strain into a highball glass over ice. Alternatively, you can use pebble ice instead and gently swizzle it together,
Top with Angostura Chill Lemon Lime & Bitters,
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
